What it does

One panel for every session

Questions from any project or session wait in one panel. Open it with /askaway and answer them there.

A recommended default

Each question comes with a recommended option, so the session keeps working while you are away.

Submit per group

Questions are grouped, and you submit all the answers of a group at once.

Pauses by risk

A high-risk question pauses only the agent that asked it. The other sessions keep going.

English and Brazilian Portuguese

The panel works in English and in Brazilian Portuguese.

A CLI for agents and scripts

Agents and scripts file questions and read the answers from the command line.

Install

Requires Linux for the panel (macOS: CLI only, not tested on a Mac; Windows: not supported), Claude Code 2.1.295 or later and Python 3.12 or later (standard library only). No account or API key.

  1. Add the marketplace and install the mod. In a terminal: 
    claude plugin marketplace add KeepGlide/claude-plugins#v1.0.0
claude plugin install askaway-user@keepglide

    Or, without a terminal, download the zip:

    Download AskAway (.zip)

    1. Extract the zip.
    2. In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add ./askaway-main.
    3. Install from + › Add plugins in the Desktop Code tab, or run /plugin install askaway-user@keepglide-local.
  2. Restart Claude Code, or, inside Claude Code, run /reload-plugins (if your version has it).
  3. Inside Claude Code: open the panel with /askaway (Linux only; on macOS, use the CLI).
