Who sells the license

Sophia Phillipa, an individual ("we") issues KeepGlide licenses; our payment partner is the seller of record and takes your payment. Contact: hello@keepglide.com.

The license

• You receive a personal license to use KeepGlide 1.x. It covers every 1.x release.
• The license is issued to the email address you verified and is tied to that address, not to a device.
• You may install and use KeepGlide for personal use on computers you own or control.
• The license does not cover a later major version such as 2.x. Purchase terms for a new major version will be published before it is sold.
• Do not resell, share or give away the license or its license file.

Offline checks

Once the paid license check ships, the app will check the license file on your computer, without contacting us. Local mode is free and needs no license; Sync and Cloud need a valid license.

Your files

We never delete, encrypt or hold your files as a billing measure. Your notes stay as plain Markdown and PDF files.

Platform

KeepGlide 1.x is supported on Linux (x86_64) only. We make no claim that it works on other systems. If you connect a cloud storage account, that provider's own terms apply to the account.

Payment and refunds

You pay once through Creem (creem.io), our payment partner. The partner acts as the seller of record for your order and may apply its own mandatory rules too.

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Creem, our merchant of record (reseller), may also issue refunds up to 60 days after purchase at its discretion. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the license is revoked.

A refund revokes the entitlement of the license file on our side, and a revoked license file cannot be resent. If an order is charged back, its license is revoked in the same way. Today the app does not block anything when a license is revoked. Once the paid license check ships in the app, a revoked license will no longer unlock Sync and Cloud; Local mode will keep working.

Your statutory rights are not affected, including the 7-day right to withdraw from online purchases in Brazil and the 14-day right in the EU.

Warranty

KeepGlide is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes are settled in the courts of the consumer's domicile. As a consumer, you keep the right to sue where you live, as Brazil's consumer code ensures.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. We will tell you about material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Privacy details are in our privacy notice.
